The first Global “Han” Culture AI Ecology Conference was held at Guangzhou on the afternoon of August 21, the conference announced that the official launch of the world’s first Chinese characters gene algorithm Human-Like Brain, Dragon Chip, which jointly developed by the AI company Imitation Brain Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd, Culturecom Holdings Limited and iFlytek Co., Ltd. Professor Mak stated that western AI basically follows the data retrieval route, which requires very high computing power, energy consumption, bandwidth, storage, etc.，Dragon chip is an offline solution based on the conceptual model of the Chinese characters gene algorithm Human-Like Brain, the amount of algorithm code within 35M is indeed rare.

Professor Mak further stated that Dragon Chip realized input and output, and had comprehensible learning, memory and operation, with comparing with the current mainstream artificial intelligence models, it had great performance advantages under the offline state. The technology of the Dragon Chip in framework and implementation path had Surmounted the Framework and Ideas currently seen in Academia.

Professor Mak Pui In Elvis is currently Full Professor of Faculty of Science & Technology - ECE, University of Macau (UM), Macau, China, Deputy Director (Research) of Institute of Microelectronics, UM, Macau, Chin, Director of State-Key Laboratory of Analog & Mixed-Signal VLSI, UM, Macau, Chin, Fellow member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers（IEEE）, Distinguished Overseas Experts of Chinese Academy of Science, the first Macau person to win Xplorer Prize, Tencent Foundation and 14 renowned scientists at 2022。Professor Mak is an expert and scholar in the field of wireless communication, and has made great achievements in the field of ADC (analog signal to digital signal) converter, PLL, PM (power management) and other fields.
